1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SpendLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

SpendLog provides an AI-powered receipt parsing and organization service. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SpendLog and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpendLog, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
